Day Summary – 22nd June 2012
Ok. I had a bit of a lazy day with food yesterday. I usually snack a lot when I work from home but i’ve gotten rid of all of my snacks besides fruit. I really had no appetite though, but ended up making a big stir fry for dinner.
After work I went to the gym and worked off a total of 1022 calories in a bit over an hour doing treadmill, elliptical, arm strength work, rowing and upright bike. The calories on the Nike+ images are wrong… I’d much rather trust my Polar HRM figures.
