Day Summary – 4th July 2012
Just a quick post as i’m late for bed again!
Discovered the Navy PRT programs on the cardio machines at the gym tonight. Though they are low impact, they are really good. I also came home and looked up about the US Navy PRT and have decided to strive towards the standards they set (my age group and gender standards are here).
I also tried to eat a lot better today. Wish there had been the option of wholemeal or grain rolls for lunch but oh well!
Also not noted above was a walk I tracked when I had to go to a clients office. That was an additional 128 calories (and a lot of confusion as I couldn’t find where I needed to be).
Outside of exercise/food/gym, I’m getting really into the whole Buddhism lifestyle. Everything about it just makes sense. I’ll write about it more another time, but I think it can definitely help me.
