Workout Song Of The Day: Dance The Way I Feel

First up: I have absolutely no idea what this video is about. While I’m writing this is actually the first time I’ve ever seen it.

It’s super sad to know that the singer of this band actually committed suicide a few years ago. RIP Charles Haddon.

Dance The Way I Feel – Ou Est Le Swimming Pool

Workout Song Of The Day: Braveheart

This sounds a lot like a Havana Brown song to me. Maybe it’s just me…

Braveheart – Neon Jungle

Workout Song Of The Day: Eat Sleep Rave Repeat

There’s got to be some level of irony in this song being my workout/gym song of the day when it’s so far from a fitness themed song. It’s such a classic song though, and the video/event is sort of like Zumba on steroids…

Eat Sleep Rave Repeat (Calvin Harris remix) – Fatboy Slim, Riva Starr & Beardyman

Workout Song Of The Day: Gettin’ Over You

On my gym/workout playlist on Spotify, I actually have the version without Fergie. I added the wrong one accidentally, and I’ve got to say Fergie really makes this song!

Gettin’ Over You – David Guetta & Chris Willis ft. Fergie & LMFAO

Workout Song Of The Day: Get Shaky

Get shaky, get it done!

Get Shaky – The Ian Carey Project

Workout Song Of The Day: Vitriol

This song is definitely up there with some of my favourites. Got to love Australian talent!

Vitriol – Bluejuice

Workout Song Of The Day: Audacity Of Huge

An oldie but a goodie….

Audacity Of Huge – Simian Mobile Disco

Workout Song Of The Day: Rat A Tat

Save Rock and Roll has become one of the staple albums in my life. I loved Fall Out Boy’s first album, got lost along the way and now am in love with them all over again.

I am only about 75% sold on Courtney Love in this song, but it’s a good song for the gym and a good song in general, so here it is….

Rat A Tat – Fall Out Boy ft. Courtney Love

Workout Song Of The Day: Professional Griefers

I actually think this might be one of my all time favourite gym/workout songs. Good beat, catchy tune and two artists I have been a fan of for quite some time= an awesome song that really motivates me to work a little bit harder.

Professional Griefers – deadmau5 fr. Gerard Way
